Our combined book collection was making it impossiblde for us to move around, so the idea of creating a lending library sprang to mind.

We've created a label with instructions, pasted them into our books, and then shipped the books off to various friends, acquaintances, and clever types.

Here you will find a wiki page per book. If you loan the book on, it would be great for you to introduce the systme to the new recipient and create a wiki entry on the book's page. That way a continuous thread is created.

Years from now we'll use these loanlines as contour isobars describing the shape of community. It will be a sculpture...paiper mache of course...
