Genetically Modifed Pineapple and Papaya are are grown near Brisbane and GM Apples near the NSW border in Stanthorpe.

This list includes only those release sites current at June 21 2001, licensed by the Office of Gene Technology Regulator (OGTR) to continue for a further two years. The applications for site secrecy were rejected and, subject to appeal, will be published.
