Canadian farmer Percy Schmeiser loses suit with Monsanto over volunteer seeds.
This is an excellent article detailing the outrageous suit against a non-GMO farmer who happened to be caught with blown-in RoundUp Ready (TM) canola sprouting on the edge of his field.
