The gardens produce some of its own seeds and the excess is being sold to locals. Some locals donate their seeds to us and we swap back with them.

The gardens started in July 2000 with work for the dole projects, we are running it with the Salvos.

We are producing some of our own seeds and the excess is being sold to locals. Some locals donate their seeds to us and we swap back with them. Example: A man had been growing tomatoes for many years, but was too old so he gave us his seeds.

We are at the moment negotiating a lease of an old Chinese farm for more broad scale production.

Would like to regenerate Seed Savers' brassicas and broad beans and any other winter crops for us. Seed Savers sent a dozen packets of seeds for the gardens group to regenerate.
