STRUCTURE
None. Totally informal; no office bearers etc, we're a bit like a progressive dinner ~ if you are hosting our next gathering, then it's up to you as to how & who you let know, given that we all have access to the accumulating list of people who we know to have likely or expressed interest. We're highly reliant on email as there is no financial exchange, and some hosts could not afford to send letters, or phone everyone individually.

MEETINGS:
About 2-monthly, at the convenience of the person who has next volunteered to host.
Location of meetings: Like a progressive dinner, never in the same place as last time, & totally dependent on who's around!
TARGET GROUP:
Is it open to all, or aimed at a specific group of people? Open to anyone with an interest in organic / sustainable production of food (as sourced from plants or animals). Interest may range from initial exploration to long term active; & active on any level from personal consumption through to certified commercial production.
ACTIVITIES :
Seed swapping Yes, there's always an exchange table for seed, plant material excess produce, value added products from produce, books & information.
Swapping cuttings and other planting material Yes, ditto.
Swapping info on gardening, seed saving, preparing and cooking. This is the focal umbrella from which all other activities follow.
Seed stalls at events.
Activities in schools When I personally start researching the food plant heritage of the Clarence Valley, a project I'm hoping to start in 2003, I may well approach schools among many other organizations to try to find links to our botanical heritage.
Training: I plan to encourage people to do presentations according to their experience & expertise or research. Seed saving is my particular specialty & my contributions will focus on seed saving issues. I am happy to share what I have learnt to the extent I can elicit interest.

FUTURE PLANS: To evolve according to the energy and interests of the people actively involved at any time.
