Told in comic-strip format, this is an expose of the worst features of a technological progressive, industrial society. Told as the story of a young boy, Rigzin who grew up in a beautiful Himalyan community before it was overtaken by Development. He begins to change with the modern changes and happily accepts a job in New York. He is bewildered and lost, then finds work, but sees poverty, pollution and unhealthy living which he didn't expect. Disillusioned, he is happy to return home
