The Mobbs House is a normal brick two-storey terrace in Chippendale, in the heart of Sydney, Australia.
Incredibly, he has added solar panels, a worm digester, and smart guttering and taken himself off the municipal grid.
The house comfortably supports a family of four.
A great demonstration project, and Michael is a terrific guy to meet.
